1) Login Pages

Entering the pages menu will appear a list of articles on the pages like an illustration of the wordpress pages introduction image.

If it’s the first time to install wordpress, only one will appear, namely a sample page.

Next we will add a new one.

2) Get to know the Appearance of Pages

After entering the pages menu, you press the Add New button to open the page to start writing the article.

Before starting to write I will explain a little about the layout so that you are not confused.

1. The title where you wrote the title of the article “About Us”
2. The block where you wrote the content of the article “About Us” you can explain at length.
   The method of writing articles on wordpress uses blocks, meaning that each paragraph will be created automatically per block like a yellow box image.This block is not only for writing you can enter images, videos and others per block.
3. Top Menu you can do the following:
   • Add a Block by pressing the add button.
     There are many block lists available ranging from Title, Paragraph, List List, Images, Youtube Videos.
   • Undo/Redo is just like the undo feature in other apps.
   • Return to the pages page by pressing the W logo image (wordpress logo).
4. The Right menu contains all the settings:
   • Document contains settings about the page
   • Blocks contain settings per block based on depending on the block you choose in number 2.
   • Publish to publish an article, after you write press this button, immediately bring up the article.

Ok, now at least you can get an idea you can start creating a “About Us” page now.

Let me discuss them one by one while relating to the image above.

3) Creating Article Titles

All articles must have a title so you can write the article title about or about me.

While paying attention to the image above, you can write the title in caption number 1.

4) Writing Article Pages

While paying attention to the picture above the caption number 2. You can write the content of the article there.

Write a few paragraphs of writing that explain about you or your website.

You can also add images or videos taken from Youtube and so on using the add block menu.

5) Publishing Articles

After the article is written in the publishing box we will publish the article to our website.

As you can see in the picture you have 3 options:

Save Draft is useful for saving but not yet published, this is useful when you are writing an article that is not finished but wants to save first.

Previews are useful for seeing an overview of what it will look like after publishing.

Publish useful for publishing articles so that they can immediately appear on our website.
