1. Have at least 3 years experience in NET application framework (c#)
2. Exxperienced in web development (HTML,Jquerry,CSS)
3. Have a good sense  in UX development

AND WIILING TO:

1. Design develops and implements web-based java application
2. Resolves technical issues through debugging, reseach, and investigation
3. Participate in all phases of the development life-cycle including, documentatin, design,developmet,unit testing,bug fix,and implementation
4. Maintain and support existing life systems
5. Work well in a team environment and independently
