php native is a web programming blend of the php programming language which can be inserted by text java script, css, boostrap etc. Why is it called native?, native itself means original, which is pure PHP programming that is compiled and coded natively by the programmers themselves without any additional embellishments for other settings/configurations.

A native PHP programmer can develop or design or create a website from scratch, in contrast to framework users. Framework users cannot create a web from scratch, because framework users must first download the framework they want to use, the programming rules must also follow the rules of the framework maker.
